Tatakau Shisho - The Book of Bantorra (Anime TV)

Adaptation of Ishio Yamagata's Tatakau Shisho series of light novels.

In the story of the light novels, all the dead people of the world have been turned into "books" stored in the Bantorra library. A boy named Koria Tonisu has had his memories erased and his chest embedded with a bomb. He is sent to kill Hamyuttsu Meseta, the world's most powerful armed librarian. However, he falls in love at first sight with this beautiful woman in charge of the "books," and he gets enveloped in the great war over the library.

I feel ya. Although I've already made up my mind that I hate this show, I just can't drop it because I feel like the last episode might actually make sense of it all... but I doubt it lol.

I found this interesting from the start, but a little impenetrable at first...too many characters whose motives cannot be fathomed, off the bat. Even 23 eps in, I still am not sure of the main character's motivation(s)....something I haven't seen since 'Code Geass'. Still, the artwork and the story keep one engaged and willing to continue...

This shows seems kinda ridiculous at first, but I kept watching, it keeps getting better, and it is very interesting now (I am on eps 9). Hopefully it continues to get better and I can give it almost a 5 out of 5.
